The Stromberg Carlson SC4020 Microfilm Recorder served the Atlas Laboratory well for many years but eventually a replacement was needed. After a thorough assessment, it was decided to purchase a new recorder, the FR80, from Information International Incorporated (III). Some new features were:

This section contains a description of the software developments and service provided on the FR80.
